The Truma boiler in our motor home had started malfunctioning after less than 3 years. Obviously it was out of warranty. The local dealers were less than helpful. Habitation check and gas service on our 30 year old Hymer right at home. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Truma Gas heater needed a part replacing, and he already had the part in his mobile work van! Talk about outstanding work. I contacted Calibre Caravan Services to repair our caravan heater. When i spoke to Kieron on the phone he was very polite and helpful and knew straight away it was the fan. Kieron was on time, very polite and even showed me how the fan works in the heater before putting it all back together.

Had a problem, with the heater in my caravan after endless calls to so called engineers, I finally got through to Kieran at Calibre, he gave me his word that he would come out he did so at the time, and date, he said and he done the repair at a reasonable cost very professional and pleased with the work
Had my caravan serviced a few weeks ago, and a truma heating problem repaired yesterday by Kieron. Everything was completed with no hassel and no mess. I have previously used a dealer but I will now only use Keiron. He is more thorough and does a better job than the dealer. He is professional and friendly and does and excellent job. I would highly recommed him.
